Capitol Consultants Design Works A/E
Parade participants need to be checked in and lined up in their spots by 10:30am on July 4th in order to participate. The parade will lead off from State Street, head North on Shiawassee Street, continue West on Mack Street, turning South onto Norton Street. State Street is the dispersal point for the parade, Units 1-23 will cross Shiawassee Street upon completion of the parade and disperse from the East Side of State Street and Units 24-47 will disperse on the West side of State Street. State Street will be closed to non parade vehicles or units to avoid injury to parade participants.
